Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically cleared within 7-10 business days. Please reach out to your financial institution if it has been 10+ days and your refund has not been posted to your bank account. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable except when cancelling an order prior to shipment. Please note: Shipping refunds are not offered for late or delayed shipping.
Some items are not available for refunds. These items will be marked final sale on the product page if applicable.
Cosmetic Damage: Refunds/replacements are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on media items. For vinyl, this includes seam splits on covers or inserts, corner dings, minor bends or creases, etc. For CDs/Cassettes, minor damage would include cracks in the jewel case. For posters, minor damage would include bent corners. You may be asked to provide photo verification. Items sold as “blemished” or “as is” are final sale and not subject to refunds or replacements.

- Media sold as blemished or "as-is" will contain cosmetic damage, up to and including seam splits, bent, folded, creased, or even torn covers. We will not replace, exchange, or issue refunds for any of these items unless the disc itself is unplayable.
- Certain sale and discount items are non-exchangeable. If an item is ineligible for an exchange, it will be noted on the product page.
- We reserve the right to not accept, exchange, or refund any product returned without the authorization of GREATMERCH.

My order was returned to sender - what do I do?
If your order was returned to the sender (us), we will await the order to be returned to our facility. Once returned, an agent will reach out for an updated shipping address. Once we confirm the updated address, an invoice to cover the re-shipment costs will be sent via email. Once the invoice is paid in full, your package will be re-sent. If we do not receive a reply within 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the item cost only and the items will be restocked. Because of this we ask that you review your submitted shipping address before completing your purchase.
A refund may also be issued on item cost only in lieu of re-shipping your package.
*Please note: We are not responsible for covering re-shipment costs for a return to sender package. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier due to incorrect shipping info.
